Jurnal Kajian Interdisipliner Hukum is committed to maintaining academic integrity and ensuring the originality of every manuscript submitted for publication. All submitted manuscripts are subject to plagiarism screening as part of the editorial process before proceeding to peer review or publication. The screening is conducted using appropriate plagiarism-detection software to identify similarities between submitted manuscripts and previously published or publicly available works.
Authors are required to ensure that their manuscripts are original and that all ideas, statements, data, quotations, and materials derived from other sources are properly acknowledged and cited. Plagiarism in any form, including direct copying, substantial paraphrasing without appropriate citation, duplicate publication, self-plagiarism, and inappropriate use of another author's work, is not acceptable.
If the plagiarism screening identifies a significant level of similarity or indications of plagiarism, the editorial team may request clarification or revision from the authors. Manuscripts with substantial plagiarism or other serious violations of academic integrity may be rejected without proceeding to the peer-review process.
In cases where plagiarism or other forms of academic misconduct are discovered after publication, Jurnal Kajian Interdisipliner Hukum reserves the right to take appropriate action, including issuing a correction, clarification, expression of concern, or retraction of the published article, depending on the seriousness of the violation.
Authors are fully responsible for the originality and integrity of their submitted manuscripts. By submitting a manuscript, authors acknowledge their obligation to comply with the journal's academic integrity and plagiarism policies.
